Product AvailabilityThe items in stock, are the pieces that are currently available. Some will be remade again and others are one-off items. How do I care for my jewellery?All my jewellery comes with a care card, which fully explains how to look after and preserve the item.

Which countries do you ship to?Currently I only ship to UK, however feel free to contact me to discuss options if you are situated in another country.

Can I adjust my order?After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure it has all the correct items. If not, contact me as soon as possible, because once the order has been dispatched I will not be able to amend it. (butterflybeau@outlook.com)

How long does delivery take?Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days. Keep in mind a request for an out of stock item or a bespoke item will take longer.

How much is shipping?Shipping is £3.80. Purchases under £25 also have a shipping option of £2.50.

What shipping method do you use?Currently we only ship to the UK using Royal Mail Tracked Service, to ensure you receive your package successfully, the cost of this is £3.80. However, if your purchase is under £25, you will also be able to choose Royal Mail Standard First Class as a shipping option, which is £2.50. If you live outside the UK and want to order from us, then please contact me to discuss this and arrange this for you. (butterflybeau@outlook.com)

Can I return an item?You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, however this does not apply to earrings, due to hygienic reasons. If you do return an item, you are responsible for the postage and packaging. Please note that the item that you purchased must be returned to us in the same state and in the original jewellery packaging in which we send it to you. If this is not the case, I will not refund the item. Also I would recommend to post by tracked delivery, because we cannot be held responsible for an item that went missing during its return. If this would be the case, I cannot refund you. ​ If you do need to return an item, please contact us through the website within 14 days of receiving the item, or email at butterflybeau@outlook.com In the rare occasion where you receive a faulty (or broken) item, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Can I exchange an item?You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, however this does not apply to earrings, due to hygienic reasons. If there is an exchange, this cannot exceed the original price, otherwise there will be an additional cost. If the item is cheaper, then the difference will be refunded. Please note that the item which you like to exchange must be returned to us in the same state and in the original jewellery packaging in which we send it to you. If this is not the case, we will not exchange the item. ​ Also we would recommend to post the package by tracked delivery, because we cannot be held responsible for an item that went missing during its return.
