Shipping and Returns

I. Shipping

Currently we only ship to the UK using Royal Mail Tracked Service, to ensure you receive your package successfully, the cost of this is £3.90. However, if your purchase is under £40, you will also be able to choose Royal Mail Standard as a shipping option, which is £2.75.

If you live outside the UK and want to order from us, please contact us, so we can discuss and arrange all the shipping details (butterflybeau@outlook.com)

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Keep in mind a request for an out of stock item or a bespoke item will take longer.

II. Return Policy

​

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, however this does not apply to earrings, due to hygienic reasons. If you do return an item, you are responsible for the postage and packaging.

 

Please note that the item that you purchased must be returned to us in the same state and in the original jewellery packaging in which we send it to you. If this is not the case, I will not refund the item.

Also I would recommend to post by tracked delivery, because we cannot be held responsible for an item that went missing during its return. If this would be the case, I cannot refund you.

III. Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, however this does not apply to earrings, due to hygienic reasons.

 

If there is an exchange, this cannot exceed the original price, otherwise there will be an additional cost. If the item is cheaper, then the difference will be refunded.

 

Please note that the item which you like to exchange must be returned to us in the same state and in the original jewellery packaging in which we send it to you. If this is not the case, we will not exchange the item.

Also we would recommend to post the package by tracked delivery, because we cannot be held responsible for an item that went missing during its return. If this would be the case, we cannot exchange the item for you.
